Bespoke Jackets and Suits

Tailored suits are considered to be one of the most challenging clothing items to make. The pattern construction is complex and the production engages an array of more sophisticated sewing techniques. Building on the skills learnt in the Basic and Intermediate Fashion Design stages, this course teaches the unique art of producing tailored jacket, suits, trousers, waistcoats and complimenting accessories for men and women. More complex design and pattern drafting is treated  and bespoke techniques  are taught on how to make each clothing item come out right and well tailored. Students build expertise by executing various hands-on projects that require detailing.
